unicode_stop - 将键盘和控制台从 unicode 模式回退概述
unicode_stop描述
unicode_stop 命令会一定程度上撤销 unicode_start 命令的效果。它会将键盘置于 ASCII (XLATE) 模式，并清除控制台的 UTF-8 模式。
